Objective Analyzing of Thin Slab Continuous Casting and Rolling Technology

摘要: 与传统连铸相比,薄板坯连铸在铸坯厚度、浇铸速度、铸态组织、在线连轧等方面都发生了很大变化,既具有冷却强度大、生产线短、能耗低等优点,也具有表面质量不高、产品适应范围较小等缺点。近年来我国薄板坯连铸连轧技术发展较快,已建成十几条生产线,但对其生产情况褒贬不一。通过对薄板坯连铸产品组织、化合物析出、产品的适应性等方面的优缺点进行分析比较,客观地评价了薄板坯连铸连轧生产技术。Abstract: There are distinct differences in slab thickness,casting speed,cast structure and on-line continu- ous rolling between thin slab casting and conventional process.The thin slab process has some advantages of stronger cooling strength,shorter product line and lower consuming.In the meantime,it also has some disad- vantages of not so good surface quality and small range adaptability in production.In recent years,the technol- ogy of thin slab continuous casting and rolling has been developed very much in China and more than ten prod- uct lines have been built.But there is different estimating about this process.In this paper,it is analyzed about the advantages and disadvantages of microstructure,precipitation of compound and adaptability of thin slab in order to objectively and practically evaluating the process of thin slab continuous casting and rolling.
