高碳微钒PD3钢轨生产中的几个质量问题探讨
A BRIEF DISCUSSION ON THE QUALITY FAILURES IN THE PRODUCTION OF HIGH CARBON MICROVANADIUM PD3 STEEL RAIL

摘要: 针对攀钢研制的高碳微钒PD3钢轨在大生产初期出现的钢轨矫断、钢坯断裂及钢坯过烧问题,运用宏观观察和金相方法,分析了材料失效的主要原因。同时结合生产工艺进行了一定的分析,提出了在生产工艺上应改进的措施。Abstract: To solve the problems of the rail fracture during straightening,bloom fracture and over-firing that occured at the beginning of commercial production of high carbon microvanadium PD3 steel rail recently developed by Pangang,macroscopic observation and metallographic study are used to analyze the main mechanisms for the material failure. An investigation is made into the production technology,and measures have been accordingly presented to improve the existing production technology.
