Influence of Annealing Temperature and Time on Structure and Texture of Cold Rolled Non-oriented Silicon Steel

摘要: 针对冷轧无取向硅钢退火工艺的特点,研究了退火温度和保温时间对成分为0.004%C、0.33%Si的冷轧无取向硅钢晶粒组织和织构演变的影响。结果表明:退火后, α线上{100}织构密度明显减弱,取向从{112}<1lO>向{111}<112>大量聚集;适当增加保温时间有助于提高{100}<hkl>织构,900℃、保温180 s,水冷得到的织构分布比较均匀,{001}面织构占有率比较高。Abstract: Considering the annealing technology of cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel, the effects of annealing temperature and time on structure and texture are investigated. The results show that the density of {100} texture drops obviously in the α line and grains get together from {112} < 110 > to {111} < 112 > after annealed. The {100} < hkl > texture increases with the proper lasting of incubation time. The texture distributes homogeneous and the occupancy of {001} texture are improved when the cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel is annealed at 900℃, holding 180 s and then water cooling.
