Study on Pulverized Coal with Mixture Additive Used for Blast Furnace in Laboratory

摘要: 为强化煤粉的燃烧,改善其燃烧性能,从添加物质的助燃机理出发,通过TG/DSC和正交实验分析,研究了不同配比下的添加物质对煤粉的燃烧性能的影响。TG/DSC分析表明可选用CaCO3、MnO2和CeO2作为混合添加物质的主要组成。正交优化燃烧实验结果表明,不同配比下煤粉的燃烧速率和燃烧率均有较大提高,其中燃烧开始5min的燃烧速率约提高0.450.91 mg/min,而煤粉的燃烧率平均约提高20%;添加物组成的最优化条件是w(CaCO3):w(MnO2):w(CeO2)=1.5:2.5:2.5,其中CaCO3水平的变动对实验结果有显著影响。Abstract: In order to strengthen combustion of pulverized coal and improve combustion capability,the effect of coal combustion capability with different blending ratio of additives has been studied by TG/DSC and orthogonal experiment,which bases on the combustion-supporting mechanism of additives.The result of TG/DSC analysis shows that CaCO3 can be selected as the main composition in mixture additives as well as MnO2 and CeO2.The result of orthogonal experiments of coal powder combustion shows that both burning velocity and combustion ratio of coal have been enhanced greatly.The burning velocity of coal with additives increased by 0.45~0.91 mg/min and the combustion ratio by 20%.Meanwhile,the optimization condition is w(CaCO3):w(MnO2):w(CeO2)=1.5:2.5:2.5,and the CaCO3 level changing has a remarkable effect on the test results.
