攀钢四高炉无钟炉顶多环布料试验研究

摘要: 对攀钢四高炉炉顶控制系统进行改进和完善后,实现了无钟炉顶多环布料。介绍了四高炉多环布料工业试验情况,分析了国产化无钟炉顶多环布料的操作特点,并给出了四高炉适宜的多环布料操作参数及温度控制范围。Abstract: The multi-circle burden distribution practice has been realized on the No. 4 BF belless top at Panzhihua Iron and Steel by the improvement of the top control system. Industrial tests on multi-circle burden distribution at No. 4 BF are introduced. The operational characteristics of multi-circle burden distribution on the home-made belless BF top are examined. And the operational parameters on multi-circle burden distribution and temperature control range suitable for No. 4 BF are specified.
