Research on Surface Cracks of CCSD36 Ship Plate Steel

摘要: 通过分析铸坯裂纹,探讨了CCSD36钢产生表面裂纹的原因。研究结果表明:CCSD36钢表面裂纹主要是由板坯的原始裂纹遗传而来,它起源于结晶器内,经二冷和轧制后使其扩展延伸。在高温下,因裂纹两侧形成了部分氧化层使其在轧制中难以焊合。在裂纹内部及其周围存在大量的高熔点低塑性的钙铝酸盐、硅酸盐等夹杂,其含量严重偏离正常状态。当这类夹杂被表面层和氧化层“捕获”,受轧制力作用时导致表层开裂,使裂纹在铸坯凝固及轧制中进一步扩展或形成新的裂纹。Abstract: The reason of cracks was studied by analyzing the surface crack of slabs and experimental research in this dissertation.Result shows: surface cracks on CCSD36 steel mainly result from the original slab cracks.It originates in mold and extends in secondary cooling zone and rolling.Oxidation layer along the cracks formed in high temperature makes cracks hard to be welded.A large amount of inclusions with high melting point and low plasticity,such as silicates,exist inside and around the cracks,the content of which is deviated from the normal state seriously,and brittle particles are formed.When they are captured by exterior and oxidation layer,the surface will break during being rolled,so the cracks extend or newly formed.
