攀钢连铸中间包水力模型实验

摘要: 参照攀钢提钒炼钢厂连铸中间包尺寸及其连铸工艺参数,用有机玻璃制作一个与实物之比为1:4的物理模型。通过测定中间包内钢液停留时间分布曲线(RTD),计算其平均停留时间及死区、活塞区和混合区占中间包容积的百分比。由此,确定合理的中间包挡渣墙设置位置,并推荐中间包内液位的临界高度,更换大包时的最低液位和正常生产液位,对攀钢连铸生产具有一定指导意义。Abstract: Based on the continuous caster tundish dimension and process parameters used at the V-recovery and steelmaking plant,Panzhihua I. & S. Co.,a tundish model of 1/4 full scale was made of organic glass;The residence time distribution(RTD)curve of molten steel in the tundish was measured and the average residence time,and volumetric proportion of dead,plug-like and mixture zones were calculated.Theresults obtained are a basis to determine rational dam location,and it was proposed from these results that critical liquid level, minimal liquid level when replacing the ladle and normal production liquid level in the tundish,providing a guardance for continuous casting operation at Panzhihua I. & S. Co..
