THERMODYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF PREPARATION OF METALLIC VANADIUM(V), VANADIUM CARBIDE (VC) AND VANADIUM NITRIDE (VN)

摘要: 应用热力学方法,分析和讨论了(V-O-C-N)和(V-O-H-N)体系的热力学特征。为以碳和氢作为还原剂,钒氧化物作为原料,制备金属钒(V)、碳化钒(VC)和氮化钒(VN)提供了理论依据。Abstract: The thermodynamic characteristics of (V-O-C-N) and (V-O-H-N) systems are analyzed and discussed by means of thermodynamic method.The results obtained provide the theoretical basis for preparation of metallic vanadium, its carbide and nitride when carbon or hydrogen is used as reductant and vanadium oxides as raw materials.
