TECHNICAL MODERNIZATION OF NO.1 BLAST FURNACE RELINING AT PZH STEEL

摘要: 介绍了攀钢1号高炉第四代炉役大修技术改造情况,技术改造包括:高炉扩容至1280m3;各项技术经济指标进一步优化;高炉本体采用了高致密粘土砖炉底并增加水冷设施、纯铜冷却壁、乌克兰大型冷却模块等多项新技术;4座内燃改造式热风炉;扩大上料能力;高炉过程控制采用DCS系统,同时应用智能专家系统优化高炉操作。通过改造,高炉装备和自动化控制达到国内先进水平。Abstract: The technical modernization of No.1 blast furnace in the relining for the fourth generation lifetime at PZH Steel was introduced. The modernization includes:increasing the capacity of blast furnace to 1280m3 and optimizing the technical-and-economic indexes. The blast furnace bottom adopted high density fire-clay bricks, water cooling device, pure copper cooling stave and Ukrainian large-scale cooling modules. 4 remodelled internal combustion hot stoves were installed. The ability of transmitting raw material was increased. The process control of blast furnace employed DCS system. Meanwhile, an intelligence automatic control system was used to optimizing the blast furnace operation. After the remodification,the equipment and automatic control of the blast furnace reach to national advanced level.
