攀钢高炉渣铁氧势测定实验研究

摘要: 采用ZrO2基的固体电解质管,参比极选用Cr,Cr2O3粉,电极引线用Mo丝,用高温水泥封装特制的定氧探头具有良好的稳定住,实验测定含钛高炉渣的氧势是成功的。测定结果表明,攀钢高炉渣氧分压约为1.01325×10-9pa,比其它普通高炉渣高100倍左右。Abstract: The oxygen probe made specially,sealed by refractory cement and adopting ZrO2 base solid electrolyte tube, reference electrode with Cr.Cr2O3 powders,Mo electrode lead wire,has a good measuring stability.By experiments,the oxygen potential for high TiO2 containing blast furnace slag is determined,successfully.It shows,by the measured results, that the oxygen partial pressure of Panzhihua Iron and steel Co. blast furnace slag is about 1.01325×10-9pa and is round 100 times higher than general blast furnace slag.
