Numerical Simulation on Heat Equilibrium of BF COG Injection

摘要: 在物料平衡和热量平衡的基础上,以大型高炉生产数据为支撑,建立了高炉喷吹焦炉煤气的数学模型。通过理论计算,分析了理论燃烧温度、炉腹煤气量、炉腹煤气成分及炉缸区总热量与焦炉煤气喷吹量之间的关系,为综合评价新工艺的可行性提供依据。Abstract: Based on the material balance and heat balance,according to lager-scale blast furnace production data,mathematical model on blast furnace with coke oven gas injection is established.The effects of COG(coke oven gas) injection quantity on theoretical combustion temperature,BF bosh gas volume,BF bosh gas composition and hearth total heat have been analyzed through theoretical calculation in this paper.These studies will provide the basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of the new COG injection process.
