采用锰矿对钢进行直接合金化
STUDY OF MANGANESE ORE DIRECT ALLOYING FOR INCREASING [Mn] CONTENT IN STEEL IN STEELMAKING PROCESS

摘要: 针对转炉渣系进行了锰矿直接合金化试验,研究了各因素对钢中锰含量及锰回收率的影响。结果表明:降低渣中全铁、碱度控制在2~4、提高钢中碳含量、升高温度可以提高钢中锰含量与锰的回收率;SiC还原(MnO)的能力强于焦炭;锰矿直接合金化能间接提高炉渣的脱硫能力。Abstract: The experiment of manganese ore direct alloying for. increasing [Mn] content in steel was carried out. The factors influencing on [Mn] content in steel and manganese yield were studied. The results show that [Mn] content in steel and manganese yield can be increased by decreasing (TFe) of slag,controlling basicity of slag in the range of 2~4 and increasing [C] content and temperature in steel. The reducing ability of SiC for reduction of (MnO) in slag is superior to that of coke. Manganese ore direct alloying technique can indirectly improve desulphurizing ability of slag
