Analysis on Scale on the Surface of Hot Rolled Strip and Furnace Roller

摘要: 利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射(XRD)仪及能谱仪等仪器及相关试验手段研究了1810热轧带钢表面及其炉辊上的氧化铁皮的分层现象、显微结构、微观形貌以及其成分、内部原子或分子的结构形态等。研究结果表明,热轧带钢表面和炉辊上的氧化铁皮显微结构存在较大差异,其中炉辊上的氧化铁皮符合一般氧化铁皮的显微结构,而带钢表面的氧化铁皮缺一层。带钢表面的氧化铁皮其外表面比炉辊上的氧化铁皮外表面更为紧密,内表面孔洞更多,缝隙更小,晶粒尺寸较小。Abstract: By using instruments including metalloscope,scanning electron microscope,Xray diffractometer(XRD) and energy spectrometer,scale on the surface of hot-rolled strip steel produced by 1 810 mm hot-rolling mill and furnace roller was analyzed on layering phenomenon,microstructure,microtopography,composition,and internal atomic or molecular structure etc. The results show that there is a relatively large difference in scale microstructures of the hot rolled strip and the furnace roller. Microstructures of the roller scale are consistent with those of common scale while ferric oxide layer is absent in strip surface. The outer surface of the strip scale is more compact and the inner surface has more holes,smaller cracks and smaller grain size compared with those of the roller scale.
