Controllable Synthesis and Photocatalytic Properties of TiO2 Microspheres with Core-shell Structure

摘要: 通过水热法制备出了核壳结构的锐钛矿TiO2微球,采用SEM、XRD等测试手段对TiO2的形貌、结构、晶型等进行表征,以甲基橙为目标污染物,测试产物TiO2的光催化性能。试验表明,核壳结构的TiO2具有良好的光催化活性,在紫外光条件下,1 h照射时间甲基橙的降解率达到了90%,其降解速率比其他两种结构快了20%。Abstract: TiO2 microspheres with different morphology were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM).The photocatalytic activities of the samples for methyl orange degradation were studied.The results indicate that the core-shell structure TiO2 microspheres have favorable photocatalytic performance.Under the UV light for 1 h,the degradation rate of the methyl orange reaches to 90%,that is 20% faster than the others when the TiO2 samples have different morphology.
