Influence of Curing Conditions on Particle Size Distribution of Meta-titanic Acid

摘要: 采用外加晶种水解工艺,考察熟化时间、熟化方式及搅拌时间对水解偏钛酸粒径大小及分布的影响。使用FBRM在线监测水解粒子的变化,通过激光粒度仪测试水解偏钛酸粒径大小及分布。结果表明:熟化时间延长,颗粒粒径增大,大粒子增多;熟化时期采用停止加热,不停止搅拌的方式,可获得粒子大小适当、分布均匀的水解偏钛酸;熟化期间搅拌时间增加,偏钛酸粒径先降低后增加。Abstract: The meta-titanic acid was prepared by hydrolysis with adding crystal seeds,and the influences of curing time,curing methods and stirring time on the particle size and distribution of meta-titanic acid were studied.The variations of particle size and quantity of the product in hydrolysis process were moni-tored online by focused beam reflectance measurement (FBRM),and the particle size and distribution of the hydrolysis product were measured by laser particle size analyzer.The results show that both of the par-ticle mean diameter and the proportion of large particles increase with the increment of curing time,and the meta-titanic acid with suitable size and uniform distribution can be obtained by stirring and no-heating in the curing period.The particle size of meta-titanic acid firstly decreases and then increases with in-crease of stirring time in curing period.
