Preparation and Photocatalytic Property of Nitrogen-doped Nano-TiO2

摘要: 以尿素为氮源, 钛酸正丁酯为钛源, 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备氮掺杂纳米TiO2。通过红外光谱 (FT-IR) 、X-射线衍射 (XRD) 、紫外-可见吸收 (UV-Vis) 光谱和扫描电镜 (SEM) 等测试手段对材料的结构和形貌进行表征;以甲基橙模拟有机污染物, 研究样品的光催化活性。结果表明, 氮掺杂纳米TiO2为锐钛矿型结构, 尺寸均匀, 分散性好, 对甲基橙染料具有极好的光催化活性, 降解率达到97%左右。Abstract: The nitrogen-doped nano-TiO2 (N-doped nano-TiO2) was prepared by sol-gel method with urea as nitrogen source and tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source. The crystal structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,UV-Vis and SEM,respectively. The photocatalytic activity of the obtained N-doped nano-TiO2 was investigated through degradation of the methyl orange. The results show that the N-doped nano-TiO2 has the anatase structure and a uniform particle size distribution with excellent dispersibility,and the degradation rate to methyl orange can be reached to 97% showing a superb photocatalytic performance.
