Effect of Microwave on the Treatment of Gaseous Solid-state Low-cyclic PAHs in Coke Flue Gas

摘要: 以炼焦烟气中低环多环芳烃 (PAHs) 为研究对象, 活性炭和碳化硅作为吸波介质, 二氯甲烷和玻璃纤维对多环芳烃进行收集。采用超声波萃取、高效液相色谱法检测技术, 定性、定量分析炼焦废气产生的低环多环芳烃, 分别考察了微波温度、碳化硅质量、活性炭质量和粒径等因素对低环气态、固态多环芳烃降解效果的影响。试验结果表明, 活性炭和碳化硅作为吸波介质与微波共同处理低环多环芳烃均有一定的效果, 且对固态多环芳烃处理效果优于气态多环芳烃。对比两种吸波介质可得, 碳化硅对气态多环芳烃和固态多环芳烃具有更好的处理效果。Abstract: The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) were collected from absorbing media of activated carbon and silicon carbide by dichloromethane and glass fiber. Ultrasonic extraction and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the low cyclic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and the effects of microwave temperature,quality of silicon carbide,mass and particle size of activated carbon on the degradation of low rings polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were investigated. The experimental results show that activated carbon and silicon carbide have a certain effect on the treatment of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) as microwave absorbing media and microwave,and the treatment effect of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is better than that of gaseous polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Compared the two kinds of absorbing media,silicon carbide have the better treatment effect on the gaseous polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and solid state polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
