Magnetic Separation and Enrichment Method of Ultrafine Vanadium-bearing Titanomagnetite in Panxi Region

摘要: 攀钢集团矿业公司作为全国最大的钛精矿供应基地,虽然通过科技攻关解决了钛回收技术难题,但是-0.038 mm以下的钛铁矿回收率极低,导致选钛尾矿中-0.038 mm TiO2含量较高,为提高钒钛磁铁矿的回收率,探索新型ZQS高梯度磁选机对该钛铁矿的磁选富集效果,当新型ZQS高梯度磁选机的给矿TiO2品位11.47%,-0.038 mm含量达到88.89%时,经一次磁选得到的精矿TiO2品位可达到20.19%,TiO2回收率83.56%,其中-0.038 mm的粒级回收率达到84.05%,试验证明新型ZQS高梯度磁选机回收超细粒级钛铁矿非常有效,不但精矿品位高而且精矿回收率也高,此磁选技术工艺简单,具有良好的工业应用前景。

Abstract: Pangang Group Mining Company is the largest supplier for titanium concentrate in China,which has solved the technical problems of titanium recovery through scientific and technological innovations.However,the recovery rate of ilmenite below-0.038 mm is very low,leading to the high content of-0.038 mm titanium dioxide in tailings.In order to improve the recovery rate of vanadium-titanium magnetite,this paper explored the magnetic separation enrichment effect of new ZQS high gradient magnetic separator for the ilmenite.When the feed grade of titanium dioxide of the new ZQS high gradient magnetic separator is 11.47% and the content of-0.038 mm ilmenite reaches 88.89%,the grade and recovery rate of titanium dioxide can reach 20.19% and 83.56% respectively,and the recovery rate of-0.038 mm ilmenite is 84.05%.The test proves that the new ZQS high gradient magnetic separator is very effective in recovering ultrafine ilmenite,with very high grade and recovery rate of the concentrate.The technology of magnetic separation is simple and has good industrial application prospects.
