Silicon Control of Low Carbon and Low Silicon Steel with LF Refining

摘要: 从多方面对目前冶炼的低碳低硅钢控硅进行分析,热力学计算表明,低碳低硅钢中ω[Al]=0.02%~0.05%,此时与之平衡的ω[Si]]=0.047%~0.16%,所以回硅是不可避免的;控制转炉下渣量≤100 mm、转炉深脱氧有利于精炼控硅,进站酸溶铝在300×10-6左右、精炼过程铝控制在600×10-6以下能很好减少回硅量;转炉或者精炼多加石灰提高碱度有利于抑制SiO2还原,减少玻璃渣和墨绿渣存在时间都有利于减少回硅量;控制好精炼过程气量,采用石灰、萤石及铝线的搭配能减少回硅量,减弱冶炼时间对回硅的影响。Abstract: Analysis of controlling silicon content for low carbon and low silicon steel had been conducted from various aspects in this paper.Thermodynamics calculation results indicates that when in low-carbon and low Silicon steel and responding balanced silicon is,which implies that silicon pick-up is inevitable.Controlling the thickness of slag ≤ 100 mm after converter tapping and deep deoxygenation of the converter are helpful for silicon controlling. Control of acid aluminum in converter outlet at around 300×10-6,and aluminum control ≤ 600×10-6in the refining process can greatly reduce the amount of silicon recovery.Increasing the basicity by adding additional lime is good for inhibiting SiO2 reduction and reducing the presence of glass slag and dark green slag is conducive to reducing the amount of silicon pick-up.Both controlling gas flow during refining process and using the combination of lime,fluorite and aluminum wire can reduce silicon pick-up and reduce the influence of smelting time on silicon prick-up.
