Preparation and Study of Heavy Metal Ion Doped TiO2 Photocatalyst Powder

摘要: 采用溶胶—凝胶法,以钛酸丁酯(C16H36O4Ti4)为钛源,无水乙醇(C2H6O)为有机溶剂,制备了TiO2粉体,随后进行重金属Cu和Ag掺杂研究。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等对产物进行了表征,分析了离子的不同掺杂量对TiO2粉体晶型的影响。研究在紫外光(365 nm)照射下用合成的Cu/TiO2和Ag/TiO2催化降解亚甲基蓝的效果,分析了离子掺杂浓度对TiO2粉体光催化性能的影响。Abstract: TiO2 powder was prepared by sol-gel method using butyl titanate(C16H36O4Ti4) as the titanium source and anhydrous ethanol(C2H6O) as the organic solvent respectively,and then the obtained TiO2 was doped with copper and silver.The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The effect of dopant dosage on the crystal form of TiO2 was analyzed.The degradation of methylene blue by the synthesized Cu/TiO2 and Ag/TiO2 photocatalysts was investigated under UV irradiation(365 nm),and the effect of dopant concentration on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 was also analyzed.
