Optimization of CaO/Al2O3 Ratio in Refining Slag for 12Mn Steel

摘要: 通过对12Mn钢精炼渣渣系进行调整,优化CaO/Al2O3值使得渣系脱硫率提高,熔化温度降低,钢中氧含量降低。结果显示CaO/Al2O3值由调整前的平均值3.29降到了1.64,使得熔点降低进而提高脱硫率;最终通过脱硫率和钢中氧含量验证了CaO/Al2O3值在1.4~1.7时效果最佳。该研究对12Mn钢精炼渣系调整具有重要指导意义。

Abstract: By adjusting the slag system of 12 Mn steel refining and optimizing the CaO/Al2O3ratio,the desulfurization rate of the slag system is increased,the melting temperature is reduced,and the oxygen content in the steel is diminished.The results showed that the CaO/Al2O3 ratio decreased from the average value of 3.29 to 1.64,which caused the melting point decrease and the desulfurization rate increase.Finally,the effect of CaO/Al2O3 value in the range of 1.4~1.7 was verified by the desulfurization rate and oxygen content in steel.This study is of great significance to the adjustment of refining slag system of 12 Mn steel.-
