Research on pre-concentration of a low grade ilmenite ore in Panxi region

  • 摘要: 攀西某低品位钛铁矿含TFe17.14%、含TiO2 6.32%,由于原矿铁、钛品位低,目前处于待开发状态,为铁钛并重、高效开发该资源,采用预选工艺,提前抛除部分尾矿,降低入磨量,提高入选品位,达到降低成本的目的,进行了不同粒级的预选试验研究,确定了最佳的预选流程,在−3 mm粒级进行湿式预选,抛尾产率29.51%,预选精矿含TFe 20.74%、TiO2 7.97%,铁、钛回收率分别为86.34%、86.58%。
