Abstract

Abstract

According to the technological conditions of hot-rolled pickled plate,a mathematic model is constructed to optimize the roll shape of temper mill,in which the distribution uniformity of the front tension in transverse and the contact pressure between mils is taken as the objective function.The model has been used to optimize the roll shape of temper mill for hot-rolled pickled plate in PZH Steel,and the quality of hot-rolled pickled plate is improved.
