The effect of the lance level,the flow rate of top lance,the flow rate of bottom blowing and the bottom tuyeres' configuration on mixing time of fluid in 150 t vanadium extraction converter has been studied and optimized by water model experiment with similarity ratio 1:6.The best blowing case is that lance level is 183.3 mm,flow rate of top lance is 85.6 m3/h and flow rate of bottom blowing is 1.05 m3/h.The best bottom tuyeres configuration is case 2,eight bottom tuyeres are divided into two groups and fixed on the two rings of converter bottom,the diameters of the rings are 0.4D and 0.6D;the four adjacent bottom tuyeres are arrayed rhombic.
