The latest research on Panzhihua high titanium-bearing BF slag as "selective enrichment and separation after metallurgic modified","preparation of TiCl4 by high temperature carbonization and low temperature selective chlorination","preparation of Ti-Si alloy by plasma smelting reduction","directmineral separation of titanium",and "preparation of new mineral wool" were presented.The difficulties were analysed and the prospects were forecasted.Proposed an ideal mode for this research is diversification of technology and products.
