Vanadium trioxide is prepared from reducing APV by means of fluidization.The experimental results showed that TV content of vanadium trioxide product is over 63% when reaction temperature is 700~750 ℃,reaction time is 10~15 min.By comparison with rotary kiln process,the reaction time of this method is shorter and reaction temperature is lower,TV content of the product is higher(>67%) and C content of product is lower,so it is useful to control C content of ferrovanadium.At the same time,the production efficiency of this method is higher,the consume of reductant is lower,the equipment is more secure.
