  • The lot production of a series of low temperature pressure vessel steel plates such as 16MnR,16MnDR and 09Mn2VDR successfully developed by Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. Using the micro-V-Ti treatment technologies is introduced in this paper.The smelting and rolling processes and the associated parameters of the above three grades as well as their good mechanical properties(particularly the low temperature impact toughness),social and economic benefits were described.
