This paper examines the influences of the smelting technology on the remaining elements in steel and the differences of mechanical properties of the reinforced bar.The quantitative relation between the mechanical properties of the reinforced bar containing V and Ti and the chemical composition is determined.The paper also gives a way to reduce steelmaking costs by using the valuable residual elements.
