Abstract

Abstract

The paper summarizes the design features of 3×1 750 m³ BF stack in Xichang Steel and Vanadium.The blast furnace is a thin wall furnace shape,suitable for smelting vanadium titanium magnetite ore.Equipped with compound hearth lining with heat insulation technology,moderate cooling intensity of double snakelike tube of nodular cast iron stave,subsection cooling water system,and lots of measurement instruments,the designed blast furnace is at world class level in terms of vanadium titanium magnetite ore smelting.
