Abstract

Abstract

The influence of process parameters on the rail height and base width during final pass rolling was analyzed by MSC.Marc. The process parameters include rolling temperature, reduction, roller wear, friction coefficient and the stock size before deformation. The quantitative relations between process parameters and rail height and base width were set up.
