Dynamic Recrystallization Behavior of 34CrMoV Steel

  • The effect of process parameters on dynamic recrystallization of 34CrMoV steel was carried out by isothermal compression testing using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator.The results showed that the flow stress decreased with the increase of temperature while increased with the increase of strain rate.The dynamic recrystallization rate increased with the decreasing of strain rate and the increasing of strain and deformation temperature,and the austenite grains were fined.
