Numerical Simulation on Heat Equilibrium of BF COG Injection

  • Based on the material balance and heat balance,according to lager-scale blast furnace production data,mathematical model on blast furnace with coke oven gas injection is established.The effects of COG(coke oven gas) injection quantity on theoretical combustion temperature,BF bosh gas volume,BF bosh gas composition and hearth total heat have been analyzed through theoretical calculation in this paper.These studies will provide the basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of the new COG injection process.
