Effect of Surface Treatment by Aluminium Hydroxide on Properties of Rutile Nano-TiO2

摘要: 在温度为55~60℃,pH=9.5~10.0条件下,以30 nm纳米二氧化钛为原料,采用偏铝酸钠对其进行无机表面处理,对比测试表面处理前后的粒度分布、Zeta电位、紫外可见吸收光谱、耐温性等物理性能。在此基础上,分别以包膜前后纳米二氧化钛为原料,将纳米二氧化钛与铝银浆配制成随角异色汽车漆,并对其耐候性和随角异色性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,相对于未包膜的纳米二氧化钛,氢氧化铝包膜后的纳米二氧化钛粒度分布更均匀、Zeta电位由负值变为正值、具有更强的紫外吸收强度,耐温性明显提高,随角异色性能变化不大,耐候性明显提高。Abstract: At temperature of 55~60℃ and pH=9.5~10.0,inorganic surface treatment was carried out with sodium metaaluminate for 30 nm titanium dioxide.The particle size distribution,zeta potential,UV-visible spectrum and thermal endurance of the sample before and after surface treatment were compared and analyzed.Then,optically variable car paint was prepared with aluminiumpaste and nano-titanium dioxide before and after inorganic surface treatment,and the weather resistance and optically variable performance were compared.The results show that compared with those of raw nano-TiO2,the particle size distribution of nano-titanium dioxide after surface treatment by aluminum hydroxide is more uniform,and the zeta potential of the surface modified nano-TiO2 changes from negative to positive value with stronger ultraviolet absorption intensity,and improved temperature resistance and weather resistance.The optically variable performance of the nano-TiO2 does not change much by surface modification.
