The semi-steel steelmaking in convert at pangang results in high oxygen activity and its large fluctuation in molten steel in end point of blowing. Therefore,predeoxidation with special deoxidizer and Al wire feeding in twice are adopted. The problem of [Si]content exceeding standard and low hitting percent of [Als]content are solved.
