Abstract
The feasibility of producing quality cold rolled sheets through deoxidizing and alloying with Fe-Al-Mn alloy and a process of producing low-carbon aluminium killed steel through deoxidizing and alloying are introduced.Yield of smelting low-carbon aluminium killed steel is increased from 85% up to 99% and more.Meanwhile,the surface quality of cold rolled sheet is improved obviously.
