To decide on the proper coal blending plan, a combustion experiment with individual and blending coals injected into blast furnace at PZH Steel was carried out in laboratory.It is concluded that coal blending can improve the combustion properties of anthracite coal.Coal blending combination and mixing-ratio have obviously effect upon combustion rate of blending coals.Among the blended coals composted of several coals, better combustion efficiency has been achieved at 40%~50% smoke coal blending rate.Apart from the chemical composition, the microstructure of coal has an effect on combustion efficiency.
