Abstract

Abstract

The corrosion behavior of MgO-C brick and Al₂O₃-C brick immersed in high titania slag was investigated. The influence of process parameters, such as TiO₂ content in slag, slag temperature, the rotary velocity between slag and refractory, slag basicity and the ratio of iron bath, on the corrosion rate was examined and analyzed.
