With regard to the problem that the bottom pipe of coal-fired reheating furnace is frequently burned bent and the bloom reheating temperature is relatively low at 410 Plant,the rational layout of evaporative cooling system pipeline for the reheating furnace and the height of furnace hearth are analyzed with the modification measures raised accordingly, after which the bottom pipe-burned-bent has never occurred since February 1994 and the reheating capacity has been improved.
