A STUDY ON ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY OF V2O5 FILM

  • A transparent,conductive V2O5 film is produced with industrial V2O5 from PZH Iron & Steel Corp.in an inorganic sol-gel method and its specific resistance is measured.The specific resistance of V2O5 films is relatively sensitive to temperature and humidity,which is a good humidity-sensing material.The specific resistivity of the film is reduced after drying and increased while wetting.Electrical resistivity rises with increasing of film thickness.
