Abstract:
Non {111}textures different from the normal ones in the trial of cold-rolled micro-carbon deep drawing steel sheets was introduced. The characteristics of the non-{111} textures and their influence on the plastic strain ratio of steel sheets were studied in the practical production and laboratory experiments. The evolution along the main processing steps and the formation features of cold-rolled textures were investigated based on above-mentioned conditions.The reasons for hot rolling of the non-{111}textures was analyzed and the effect of cold rolling ratio and heating rate during batch annealing on the non-{111} textures was investigated.Finally,the countermeasures for the control of textures in cold-rolled micro-carbon deep drawing steel sheets with respect to the formation characteristics of non-{111} textures and the conditions for {111} textures to be dominant are proposed.

Abstract:
Carbon extraction replica analysis were carried out on the specimen in Ti microalloyed steel which is subjected to different stage of the welding thermal cycle so as to study the dissolution, coarsening and precipitation of TiN particle in Ti microalloyed steel during different stage of welding thermal cycle.It is concluded that at the low heating temperature stage (lower than 1200℃) of thermal cycle, the dissolution was characterized by shrinkage of particles and the number of particles did not decrease noticeably, which shows that particle coarsening was very weak.At the high heating temperature stage (1200~1350℃) of thermal cycle, a large number of small particles disappeared with the mean particle size increment.It is found that TiN particles dissolution still occurred due to lag effect.At high temperature zone of cooling stage, the particles are dissolved continuously.At lower temperature zone of cooling stage, free Ti and N were combined and TiN reprecipatated onto the survived particles, thus the mean size increase remarkably.The austenite grains coarsening mainly occurred in the cooling stage of the welding thermal cycle.

Abstract:
Effect of technics of heat treatment and vanadium amount in spring steels with different carbon,vanadium and silicon content on mechanical property and relax resistance had been studied.It is shown that higher austenitic temperature is beneficial to higher strength between 870~920℃.Increasing vanadium could increase the area of relax loop and relax resistance with the proper vanadium content 0.05%~0.10%.

Abstract:
Heat treatment technology parameters of continuous casting Ni-Cr-Mo-V steel with optimum strength and toughness were obtained through orthogonal test of 4 factors,3 levels and 9 experiments.It is presented that the cooling speed and tempering temperature are the main factors to improve strength and toughness of steel.Believed degree is 95%~99%.Quenching temperature and tempering time are less important factors.The best technological parameters are cooling speed 4.4℃ s,quenching temperature 620℃,tempering temperature 680℃,tempering time 40min, σs=571.6MPa and Akv(-40℃)=192J.

Abstract:
A transparent,conductive V2O5 film is produced with industrial V2O5 from PZH Iron & Steel Corp.in an inorganic sol-gel method and its specific resistance is measured.The specific resistance of V2O5 films is relatively sensitive to temperature and humidity,which is a good humidity-sensing material.The specific resistivity of the film is reduced after drying and increased while wetting.Electrical resistivity rises with increasing of film thickness.

Abstract:
The Modification of the two kinds of ladle slag treated with and without desulphurization of V-Ti-bearing hot metal at PZH Steel Corp.was studied.The effects of sorts of slag,basicity,modification agent and desulphurizer on modification of slags had been investigated.It is concluded that the modification of ladle slags treated with and without desulphurization V-Ti-bearing hot metal is beneficial to the operation of desulphurization of V-Ti hot metal.

Abstract:
Structure of blast furnace slag with 15% TiO2 at Pangang is different from the normal blast furnace slag.Based on experiments on the property of Ti-bearing slag and its application in the concrete,it is concluded that the structure of high-Ti blast furnace slag is stable and compressive strength and breakage strength are higher than the latter, as compared with normal crushed stone used for concrete aggregate.Otherwise,the stability of it had been proved by the example of application.Development and utilization of the blast furnace slag are very important for the environmental protection and increasing slag yard lifetime at Pangang.

Abstract:
Melting 65%~75% Ti ferrotitanium process with rutile in thermite method was discussed.The optimum technical condition and index of production of 73.77% Ti ferrotitanium as the titanium recovery of 78.83% were obtained through the three experiments of levels 20 kg,200 kg and 500 kg and the influence factors in the test was discussed. As the result,it is possible to melting ferrotitanium with rutile in thermite method.
