EFFECT OF LOW FINISHING TEMPERATURE ON DEEP-DRAWING PROPERTIES OF St15 COLD ROLLED SHEET AND APPLICATION OF “1+3” ROUGH ROLLING PROCESS

  • Effect of low finishing temperature on deep-drawing properties of cold rolled deep-drawing sheet(St15)is analyzed and the application of “1+3” rough rolling process is presented.In accordance with theoretical calculation and site experiments,the problem of low finishing temperature in the process of hot rolling strip used for cold rolled deep-drawing sheet has been solved.It is included that exit temperature at roughing mill is increased by about 80℃ and finishing temperature about 37℃.Electric motor and main drive capability of roughing train are suitable for “1+3” rough rolling process.
