Abstract:
Forming mechanism and characteristics of textures in hot rolled steel sheep were introduced.Effect of chemical composition,reheating temperature,finishing temperature,rolling speed,cooling rate after rolling and lubrication on hot rolled texture was analyzed.The features of effect of hot rolled texture on plastic strain ratio,yielding strength and toughness were described to provide the basis for optimization and control of textures and properties of hot rolled steel strip.

Abstract:
Effect of low finishing temperature on deep-drawing properties of cold rolled deep-drawing sheet(St15)is analyzed and the application of “1+3” rough rolling process is presented.In accordance with theoretical calculation and site experiments,the problem of low finishing temperature in the process of hot rolling strip used for cold rolled deep-drawing sheet has been solved.It is included that exit temperature at roughing mill is increased by about 80℃ and finishing temperature about 37℃.Electric motor and main drive capability of roughing train are suitable for “1+3” rough rolling process.

Abstract:
In accordance with a series of problems,such as down bend head and narrowing head and tail ends in the process of “1+3” rough rolling after the original rough rolling pass scheme of “3+3” is replaced by that of “1+3”,a part of problems caused by the use of new technology had been thoroughly solved through theoretical calculation and site experiments.It laid the foundation for the application of the “1+3” process and ensured the production and development for a series of hot rolled thin sheet and cold rolled deep-drawing sheet products.

Abstract:
A mathematical model in the process of hot rolling strip was developed according to the technological process of hot rolling in PZH Steel.The calculated values from the model are good agreement with measured ones, in temperature difference≤±15℃.Influence of rolling speed, rolling rhythm, rolling pass and reheating temperatures on finishing temperatures of hot rolled plates is analyzed quantitatively by means of the model.The technological measures of increasing finishing temperature of hot rolled plates are presented on the basis of it.Through the practically industrial production, it could meet the requirements of cold rolled deep-drawing sheets, especial ultra-low carbon interstitial free steel sheets for high finishing temperature.

Abstract:
Continuous cooling transformation diagrams (Welding CCT diagrams) of hot-affect zone in hot rolled steel plate were developed to investigate the welding properties of hot rolled shipbuilding plate.According to them,the reasonable welding technique was selected to weld hot-rolled shipbuilding plate (10mm thick) through manual arc welding and welding joints after the welding process were measured by visual examination,X-ray inspection,mechanical property and impact tests.Microstructure at different cooling rates on CCT diagram,microstructures in welded joints and impact fracture morphologies were analyzed by means of metalloscope and scanning electron microscope.As a result,it is indicated that the manual arc welding technique is reasonable since good quality of welding seam and excellent complex properties in welded joint.

Abstract:
Through the method of measuring heat transfer coefficients,the heat transfer characteristics of minute particle ilmenite in vibro fluidized bed was investigated by use of minute particle ilmenite for experimental materials.The major affecting factors in the process of heat transfer were analyzed to describe the course of heat transfer.The optimized operating conditions for minute particle ilmenite in the vibro fluidized bed dryer were obtained,which provides the experimental basis for the efficiently energy saving drying design.

Abstract:
Sinter and blast furnace operations under the experimental conditions after improvement of sinter grade were introduced.The variations and characteristics of sinter burden ratio,sintering operation and smelting operation in up and down parts of blast furnace were analyzed.Through the investigation on reducibility of sinter and metallurgical properties of slag,it provides the basis for overall improvement of sinter grade in future at PZH Steel.

Abstract:
Through characteristic analysis on the vanadic titanomagnetite smelted in BF,it is realized that the injection of pulverized coal is advantageous to smelting vanadic titanomagnetite in blast furnace under the condition of complete combustion.Injection rate of coal could achieve the advanced level of blast furnace smelting with ordinary iron ore.

Abstract:
According to lower wear resistance and easier wear abrasion of rotor blade in sintering exhaust fan, proper electric current of carbon arc build-up welding and the technological parameters of injection welding are altogether selected for surface hardening by use of high chromium cast iron and injection welding alloy powders.Service life of blades after surface hardening is increased by 0.75 times compared with orginal ones.

Abstract:
Design of high power bottom blowing component and application of it to V-recovered converter were introduced in the paper.The effectiveness of V recovery in combined blown converter and the influence of various intensities of bottom gas supply on remaining vanadium in semi steel were analyzed.Finally it is presented that the application of higher intensity of gas supply is advantageous to strengthen the bath stirring and optimize V-recovered process.

Through strain analysis method, the strain distribution and deformation history of different areas in stretching cup under the process of tensile test were measured and investigated. The feature of strain distribution in typical stretching parts, JD90 motorcycle tank was analyzed as well.Finally a method of determining dangerous zone in the stretch forming parts is presented.

Based on the international ISO standard analytical method,the accuracy to determine carbon and sulphur in ferro-manganese-aluminium using infra red absorption method was confirmed by means of standard curve method,standard addition method,recovery test and accuracy test etc..The enterprise standard of determination of carbon and sulphur in ferro-manganese-aluminium using combustion-infra red absorption method was established.The analytical method are characterizea by better accuracy and lower error.
