An experiment was conducted for the hot metal deformation resistance of 09cuPRE,16Mn,Q235 grades using the thermal simulation testing machine.According to the effect of deformation temperature,velocity and degree on the deformation resistance,the computation model of deformation resistance was selected.The model parameters were determined through multi-element non-linear regression data processing,resulting in a model with higher fitting accuracy.Charts and tables worked out in accordance with the model can be directly referred to.
