The pellets with metallization >90%are smeLted in an electric arc furnace,Then the titania-rich slag are separated.A acidlysis percent of the slags with ∑Ti2O3/∑TiO2O·3~0.5is higher because there are more anosovite,m[(Mg, Fe, Mn)O· 2TiO2]·n[(Ti,Al)2O3·TiO2]which is casy acid soluble in the slags. When titania-rich slag contains MgTi2O5 anosovite,the acidolysis percent can be increased.
