Practice of Blast Furnace Protection with Titanium-containing Sinter

摘要: 针对炉缸炉底侵蚀、冷却壁水温差上升的情况,采用含钛烧结矿取代钛矿进行护炉。生产中通过高炉钛平衡计算对高炉铁水中钛含量进行调控,同时选择合理的操作制度和冶炼参数。实践表明,炉缸侧壁温度和冷却壁水温差呈降低趋势,达到护炉效果的同时,也实现了高效低成本生产。Abstract: In view of erosion of furnace hearth and bottom and increase of water temperature difference of cooling wall,titanium-containing sinter instead of titanium ore is used for furnace protection. Through calculation of titanium balance in the blast furnace,titanium content in hot metal in the furnace is controlled,and reasonable operation system and smelting parameters are selected. The production practice shows that the temperature at the side wall of the furnace hearth and water temperature difference of cooling wall decrease,which realizes the effect of furnace protection as well as effective and lowcost production.
