Influence of Coiling Temperature on Microstructure and Property of Ti-V-Mo Micro-alloying Steel

摘要: 在Gleele-3500热模拟试验机上,进行了Ti-V-Mo复合微合金钢在不同卷取温度下的热模拟试验,分析了不同卷取温度对显微组织、析出相和硬度的影响规律。试验结果表明:当卷取温度为600625℃时,钢组织为多边形铁素体,析出相为以含V为主的(Ti,V,Mo) C粒子,此时硬度达到峰值。

Abstract: Thermal simulation experiments of Ti-V-Mo micro-alloying steel under various coiling temperatures were carried out by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulated test machine to analyze the influence of coiling temperature on microstructure,precipitate and hardness. Experimental results show that: when coiling temperature ranges at 600 ~625 ℃,microstructure of tested steel is polygonal ferrite,precipitate is(Ti,V,Mo)C particles which mainly contains V,and hardness reaches peak value.-
