Simulation Experiment of Blast Furnace Shaft Reduction in the Condition of Oxygen Enrichment

摘要: 在实验室条件下模拟了矿石间接还原度随鼓风富氧率的变化情况。试验结果表明,随着鼓风含氧量的增加,铁矿石在炉身部位的还原度也随之增加;富氧鼓风对炉身还原的改善主要发生在700℃以后,900℃时富氧量45%和100%的还原度分别达到了89.92%和98.49%,已经超过了不富氧高炉在1 000℃时的还原度。Abstract: The variation regularity of ore indirect reduction degree with different oxygen enrichment is researched through experiment simulation.The results of the experiment indicate that the indirect reduction degree increases with the increase of oxygen enrichment ratio,and the improvement of blast furnace shaft reduction is because of oxygen enrichment injection happening more than 700℃.The reduction degree is up to 89.92% and 98.49% while oxygen content is 45% and 100% at 900℃,which exceeds the reduction degree at 1 000℃ with unenriched oxygen content.
