Optimization for Recovery Process of Low-grade Olivine-type Ilmenite

摘要: 针对攀西地区某矿业公司工业规模回收低品位橄辉岩型钛铁矿回收成本高、年产量较低的问题,开展工艺优化试验研究。通过对现场螺旋和二段强磁作业段进行优化改造,有效地提高了入浮TiO2品位,降低了浮选作业药剂成本,钛精矿产率增加14.18%,达到了降本增效的目的,真正实现此类型钛铁矿的高效回收。Abstract: Aiming to resolve the problems of high cost and low yield for industrial recovery of low-grade olivine-type ilmenite in a mining company in Panzhihua-Xichang area,the process optimization was carried out.By improving the screw feeder and the second-stage high-intensity magnetic operation section in the factory,the TiO2 grade in the flotation material can be effectively increased and the cost of flotation agents can be effectually decreased,with the rate of titanium concentrate increased by 14.18%.The optimization can realize the recovery of the low-grade olivine-type ilmenite with higher efficiency and lower cost.
