Study on Mechanical Properties of Flue Gas Desulphurization Gypsum-titanium Slag Powder Composite Cementitious Material

摘要: 将脱硫石膏和钛矿渣粉两种工业固体废弃物综合利用,制备脱硫石膏—钛矿渣粉(简称:FGD-TS)复合胶凝材料。利用XRD、SEM等测试方法研究不同钛矿渣粉掺量对FGD-TS复合胶凝材料反应物物相及微观形貌影响。试验结果表明:随着钛矿渣粉掺量的增加,FGD-TS复合胶凝材料单位体积内的二水石膏晶体量降低,复合胶凝材料试块的2 h抗折与抗压强度均降低。在FGD-TS复合胶凝材料中,钛矿渣粉适宜掺量为10%~20%,钛矿渣粉镶嵌在二水石膏晶体之间,起到了骨架支撑作用,比单一的脱硫石膏的绝干抗压强度提高10%~27%,提高了FGD-TS复合胶凝材料的后期强度,达到《建筑石膏》(GB/T 9776—2008)3.0等级的规定。Abstract: Flue gas desulphurization gypsum-titanium slag powder(abbreviation:FGD-TS) composite cementitious material was prepared from flue gas desulphurization gypsum and titanium slag powder which are the industrial solid waste.The effect of addition amount of titanium slag powder on the phase composition and microstructure of FGD-TS composite cementitious material was investigated by XRD and SEM.The results show that with increase of the amount of titanium slag powder,the amount of dihydrate gypsum crystals per unit volume of FGD-TS composite cementitious material decreases,and both of the 2-hour bending strength and compressive strength of FGD-TS composite cementitious material decrease.The suitable amount of titanium slag powder is 10%~20%,and the titanium slag powder is embedded in the dihydrate gypsum crystals,which plays a role of skeleton and makes the dry compressive strength of FGD-TS composite cementitious material increased by 10%~27% with comparison with that of single flue gas desulphurization gypsum.It increases the long-term strength of FGD-TS composite cementitious material and meets the requirements of 3.0 grade of Building Gypsum(GB/T 9776—2008).
