Development of Hot Rolled Ribbed Bars for V-N Micro-alloyed HRB500E

摘要: HRB500E热轧带肋钢筋开发难点在于既要满足高强度,又要满足强屈比≥1.25抗震要求。国内部分钢厂采用VN16合金化工艺生产HRB500E,钢筋强屈比难以达到1.25,针对上述问题采用“VN16+FeV80”钒氮合金化工艺,将钒控制在0.07%~0.11%,氮控制在0.011%~0.015%,通过既发挥钒的析出强化作用又不至于钒过量析出导致强屈比显著下降技术手段,开发并批量稳定生产出强屈比富余量充足的ø12~ø32 mm规格HRB500E热轧带肋钢筋,解决了单独采用VN16合金化生产HRB500E钢筋强屈比不合格难题。Abstract: The difficulty in developing the HRB500 E hot-rolled ribbed steel bars is not only to satisfy the high strength,but also ensure that the ratio of tensile/yield strength required for seismic resistance is greater than or equal to 1.25.Some domestic steel mills utilize the VN16 alloying process to produce HRB500 E,but the ratio of tensile/yield strength(Rm/ReL) is hard to reach 1.25.In view of the above problems,the "VN16+FeV80" V-N alloying process is added to control vanadium and nitrogen contents between 0.07%~0.11% and 0.011%~0.015%,respectively.Precipitation strengthening effect of vanadium had played its role,but on the other hand,excessive precipitation of vanadium had been avoided in order to control reasonable the Rm/ReL.Through controlling the vanadium precipitation,HRB500 E hot rolled rebars of ø12~ø32 mm specifications had been successfully developed.
